The Bible is God’s Word to all people. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because it was inspired by God, the Bible is truth without any mixture of error and is completely relevant to our daily lives.
There is only one true God, who has revealed Himself in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
Jesus is the Son of God and the Savior of Man. He is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin and lived a sinless life. He was crucified, buried, resurrected, and is now seated at the right hand of the Heavenly Father.
Humanity was originally created sinless and perfect in God's image, but now is in a fallen condition because of sin. As a result, man cannot attain a right relationship with God through his own effort. Every human personality is uniquely created, possesses dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love.
Humanity's only hope of salvation is Jesus Christ. Eternal salvation can only be obtained through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ and His atoning work on the cross. The proof of true salvation is a life of holiness.
Water baptism is commanded for all believers as an outward testimony of a spiritual work. It demonstrates that the old sinful man of the past has been buried with Christ and that the individual has been born again to live a new life as a new creation of God through Jesus Christ.
All believers should be baptized in the Holy Ghost in order to be a powerful witness for Christ to unbelievers. This experience is separate from salvation, and is first outwardly evidenced with speaking in unknown tongues (languages).
The Gifts of the Spirit are still relevant and operate today as the Spirit wills. There is no scriptural evidence that the gifts ceased with the completion of the Bible or with the death of the apostles. Scripture admonishes believers to desire spiritual gifts. These gifts include prophecy, tongues, interpretation of tongues, word of wisdom, word of knowledge, discerning of spirits, gifts of healing, working of miracles, and the gift of faith.
Divine Healing is provided to all through faith in Jesus' atoning work.
Believers are called to be set apart from sin and must walk in holiness and obedience to God. Sanctification is a definite and continuous work of grace. The believer is sanctified at salvation; however, the work of sanctification continues in a life-long process through the work of the Holy Spirit conforming the believer into the image of Christ.
The Church consists of all born again believers across the globe, unified through faith in Christ. It’s purpose is to glorify God and be a representation of Christ on the Earth through preaching and demonstrating the gospel of Jesus to the world and making disciples of all who believe.
The Lord's Supper is representative of the communion believers share with Christ and with each other. It is to be celebrated by believers in remembrance of Christ's atoning work on the cross.
Scripture commands believers to support the ministry of the church by the willful giving of the tithe (10% of one's income) and offerings.
Jesus will soon rapture the righteous in Christ, both dead and living, to a resurrected and glorified body, and take them to Heaven. This will be followed by seven years of tribulation upon the Earth, culminating in the bodily second coming of the Lord Jesus to Earth to reign for a thousand years (often called the Millennial reign of Christ). Those who have rejected Jesus as their Savior and Lord will be stand before him in judgment (called the Great White Throne Judgment) and will be eternally punished in the Lake of Fire. Afterwards, there will be a New Heavens and a New Earth under God’s eternal rule of righteousness.
